Membership of the IAC consists of the Principal Member and not more than 12 other members. The Principal Member of the IAC is Professor Rhonda Galbally AC. Professor Galbally has been Principal Member of the IAC from its inception in 2013, and was re-appointed as Principal Member for a second term from 1 July 2017.
From 1 July 2017, the IAC has also been supplemented by 5 Expert Advisers engaged by the NDIA to provide advice to the IAC from the perspective of the key national disability and carer peak bodies and the Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Commissioner.
The term of the current IAC expires 30 June 2020. Membership consists of:
